I just now remembered the emboss filter which I put in the multiply blend mode and reduced to about 8%--from this you should know that it is to safe to have me in the kitchen.

I forgot the zoom blur filter.

JIM: I can only approximate what I done to get that effect as I went over and over and over a pic of this tree at Roosevelt Island: I used Oil Paint filter first, very light on the style slider, then heavy on the clean slider; then I hit the sharpen edges filter many times, then the find edges filter and used the multiply blend mode--the oil was on a duplicate layer and the other filters were adjusted to that layer; then I masked a contrast/ brightness filter and a vibrance filter and painted here and there, then flattened, duplicated and kept driving myself nutts for a couple of days and voila I just got too tired to care anymore.
